Etta is the Lead Partner of the firm. He heads the Litigation, Energy and Environmental Law practice of the firm. He has particular litigation experience in civil and commercial disputes, oil, gas and energy, human rights, real property and election disputes.

He began his legal career with Legal Partners & Associates, Ikoyi, Lagos, in fulfilment of a mandatory national service. Thereafter, he joined the Law firm of Essien H. Andrew, SAN and Co. It was under the mentorship of Mr. Essien H. Andrew, SAN, that Etta horned his skills and expertise mainly as a trial lawyer, while engaging in other specialist areas. Before founding Vetta Solicitors in 2019, he had a brief but highly rewarding stint at CLP Legal, one of Nigeria’s top tier Law firm.

He advises several companies and multinational organisations. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Law Association, British Branch. He is also a member, Advisory Board, African Bar Association Legal Aid Centre.
